Phone orders

Have problems with ordering on line, especially hooks and beads. Tried to order online but I just got confused. I know I ordered white beads and they didn’t show. Size is 2.0 mm. Don’t know how to fix it. I am hard of hearing and using the phone is an exercise in frustration.
